Turnkey Completes Multiple Residential Construction & Maintenance Projects for Atlanta’s Upscale Neighborhoods
Turnkey Construction & Roofing was recently contracted by two different neighborhoods in the Atlanta suburbs of Smyrna, Georgia, to complete miscellaneous maintenance and painting projects for various homes in each neighborhood.
“We were approached by representatives of each neighborhood to complete various maintenance projects based on referrals from former clients,” said Deanna Navarro-Ek, president of Turnkey. “The residents made a smart move by contacting us as a group,” Navarro-Ek continued. “Performing many projects in the same neighborhoods allows us to offer our services at a decreased cost as well as allows us to complete the projects quickly and efficiently due to the close proximity,” she added.
Between the two neighborhoods, 13 homes were involved. Various projects include pressure washing the homes’ exteriors, painting, roof repairs and various repairs to brick work, fences, etc.
