projects-educationTurnkey has recently completed numerous commercial projects throughout Georgia for a variety of clients including Chicago-based F.H. Paschen, Georgia College’s Milledgeville Campus, Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), 200 Office, the City of Woodstock, and two major Atlanta-based storage facility owners.

For F.H. Paschen, Turnkey completed work at Georgia College’s Milledgeville Campus and also for the Georgia Department of Transportation. Work for Georgia College included installing ceiling systems throughout the campus’ basketball arena and completing flooring work in the campus’ library. Turnkey also completed rehabilitation work to the exteriors of the campus’ historical buildings. Work for the

GDOT included replacing the roofing and gutter system on the organization’s administration building, as well as changing the roofing color from a greenish grey coating to a white color to help reflect heat and lower utility bills, an idea generated and implemented by Turnkey.
