Turnkey is currently completing several major maintenance projects for a national storage facility firm at several of the company’s locations throughout Georgia. Recent work was completed in Douglasville and Roswell.
Work completed includes exterior painting of the storage units and main offices. In addition, Turnkey rehabilitated the facilities’ parking lots, including seal coating and striping and pavement repairs.
The offices’ awnings were also replaced and the fence and gates surrounding the facilities were painted.
“These two facilities look brand new,” said Deanna Navarro-Ek, president, Turnkey. “We are very proud of the work our team did here and happy to be partnering with the storage company to improve their properties,” she added.
Turnkey has competed construction of and maintenance for several storage facilities throughout Georgia and beyond over the past five years.
