Deanna has more than 20 years of construction industry experience and is dedicated to ensuring Turnkey clients are always treated like family. She is a dedicated business owner who understands the demands put on homeowners because she is one. She understands the fact that sometimes things break and must be repaired in a timely manner. Her goal for each individual client is to assess and fix challenges quickly so clients may return to their daily routine with ease. As a business owner, Deanna understands the importance of high quality workmanship and delivering results. As a homeowner, she also understands the importance of the home and personal belongings. Her pledge to her clients is to assess and fix challenges quickly so that business and life can go on. Karl Ek • VP of Operations, Co-Founder

Karl puts nearly 20 years of construction experience to work on each and every project. He serves as project manager for all projects ranging from $500,000 to $12 million. Karl’s goal is to offer the absolute best budget for the quality work you will receive while working with Turnkey. Karl performs all management tasks required to complete projects while overseeing multiple construction divisions and estimating teams. He has also managed office and field personnel including carpentry and labor trades. Jarrod Parr • Senior Project Manager

Jarrod plays a vital role at Turnkey from day-to-day operations and production to on-site management of all projects. He has managed millions of dollars in commercial and residential work over the past decade.
