Turnkey Completes Roofing Project for Leading Atlanta Real Estate Asset Manager
Turnkey Construction and Roofing recently completed a guaranteed roofing project for a leading Atlanta Real Estate Asset Manager. The property is one the company manages for an investor.

Work on the project included prepping and cleaning the existing metal roof, treating rusted areas, installing foundation coat at the seams and providing fasteners. Turnkey also completed roof protrusions, applied sealant to metal cap seams, applied a Karnak finish coat and completed various parapet repairs.
Most recently, Turnkey completed a number of tenant improvement projects for Atlanta’s historic Emory Hospital. Through a partnership with a local mechanical firm, Turnkey completed access panels, ceiling work, drywall and painting in conjunction with the facility’s new HVAC systems that were installed by the company’s HVAC partner.
