Turnkey Completes State Farm Office Build-out
Turnkey recently completed an interior build-out for Gemini Rosemont at one of the property manager’s buildings in John’s Creek, Georgia.
“The project was an actual build-out for a new state farm office,” said Karl Ek, vice president of operations, Turnkey. The project scope included installation of new 
flooring, electrical, low voltage, painting, wall partitions, life safety modifications and a “faux” stone wall at the entryway.
This project was completed on the heels of new roofing systems being installed by the Turnkey team for the Georgia School of the Deaf, as well as tenant improvements for Emory Hospital which also included new HVAC systems. Turnkey also completed tenant improvements for Milwaukee Tool that included adding office and storage space.
