We contacted Turnkey, Engineering and Roofing after two failed attempts at getting our roof fixed after hail and storm damage. Well the third time is a charm because Turnkey was able to get our claim approved and do the work quickly and without pain. We were denied by our insurance two times over two years even though almost everyone in our neighborhood had their roofs replaced due to the very same storm damage! Then Turnkey was recommended to us, met with our insurance adjustor and helped us to finally get the project approved.
Our experience with Turnkey has been the smoothest we’ve experienced with a contractor doing work on our house, big or small. In fact, I told our project manager that we had more issues getting our lawn mower repaired than getting a roof replaced! We had a bad experience awhile back with a contractor that did not do the work as promised and took our money despite the fact, so working with Turnkey has restored my faith that there are good contractors out there. They were also very clean about the project.
We have some special trees and plants surrounding our house and asked them to take extra special care in tearing off the old roof so as to not hurt any of these plants we spent so much time caring for. The project manager communicated our wishes to the entire team, resulting in a perfectly clean yard an no damage to our plants and trees. The entire Turnkey team has been great to work with, from initial contact to completion. They are excellent communicators. We always knew what was going to happen and what was happening every step of the way. Construction was laid out step by step and they did exactly what they said they would, all the way through the project. They even did a great job predicting the weather! We had a nice, mild, sunny day for our roof to be replaced. I wish I could use them for everything I need done in my house!

Turnkey recently completed a comprehensive roof replacement project Derby Fabricating. The Turnkey team replaced damaged exterior metal siding and roofing for the entire commercial facility with several material types, including foam roofing, metal roofing, flat roofing and metal siding. The building had several sections, each with different roofing materials and finishes. We originally met Turnkey when the company gave us an estimate on our warehouse. The team impressed us immediately with their knowledge of the industry and responsiveness to our needs.
Turnkey responded promptly, answered all of our questions, corresponded with the owner of the building and managed to coordinate communication among all of the parties involved – Derby, the owner, the building’s maintenance team, the insurance company and of course the Turnkey crew. I very much appreciated Turnkey’s proactive approach to the work at hand as well as communication with the team. All in all, everything went smoothly, there were no miscommunications or issues, and the project was completed on time, within budget and with top-notch quality. I can’t say enough about Turnkey! The team was awesome! I have two daycare facilities that received hail damage to their roofs. I had my insurance company out and both claims were initially denied. Then I met the project manager and he convinced me that Turnkey could help. Even though I was skeptical, I really needed my roofs to be fixed, as the safety of the children, my clients and my staff is top priority. Turnkey evaluated the damage and worked with my insurance company. Well not only were they successful, but much to my surprise, they were able to get both roofs completely replaced!

Turnkey completed a custom skylight replacement and roof maintenance on my home in Norcross, Georgia. Rick and his associates arrived on time and completed the work as described and for the agreed – upon price. Turnkey successfully completed the project after two other glass companies told me that the job could not be done. The work area was kept clean, the work inside was done without wearing boots or shoes on the new carpet and the technical challenges were discussed and addressed calmly and deliberately by Rick and his fellow workers. The pieces of glass were huge and heavy, making the job serious and tricky work.
Well done, Turnkey. Very well done! The Turnkey team was extremely smart, professional and straight forward from beginning to end. The team is to be commended for having the right people for the job. Good communication between all levels of the company and the field crew. We appreciate that the team worked around our schedules. Ours is a lovely house that looked awful with fogged custom skylights, but now looks lovely again with the work that Turnkey did!

After being turned down for an entire year by our insurance company for hail damage to our roof and going through two roofing contractors in that time, we had the good fortune to meet Turnkey. They brought in their engineer who was able to help us prove to our insurance company that the roof did, in fact, need to be replaced. In the past, when our insurance company denied our claim, the contractors just walked away. But the team had the expertise, had done their homework and were able to present the facts to our insurance company in a way that the other roofing contractors were not. In the end, our adjustor had very little work to do.
As a result, our claim was approved and we are about to have Turnkey replace our entire roof. We are grateful to Turnkey for all of their hard work. Because of them, we are about to finally get the new roof we’ve waited almost an entire year for!
