“This project was challenging in that it had to be completed in about one week because the client had to move in quickly,” said Karl Ek, vice president of operations, Turnkey. “We also had to update and modernize the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems from what we suspected was originally installed in the 1950s,” he added.
