Turnkey Plays Santa to Local Family

For the holidays this year, the team at Turnkey Engineering, Construction and Roofing decided to pull together their own team celebration funds and instead celebrate the season by making the holiday wishes of an Atlanta area family come true.

We would like to thank the family for allowing us the pleasure of meeting them and spending some time with them this holiday season. A special thank you goes to Nichole Green, office manager, for organizing the event and also to David Lewgood, vice president, who was “Santa’s helper.” We would also like to thank Pastor James Saxon who accompanied us to deliver the gifts. He read a story to the family and then said a kind prayer for everyone.

Rather than trying to communicate what this meant to our team, we would like to share with you the following letter written by the family to us in return:

“We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to God for allowing you to be moved to bring our family to your workplace to help us out. We are eternally grateful and thankful for making such a difference in lives during this holiday season. It took a couple of days to fully grasp all that was given and took stock on how much time and effort it took to bring people and their willingness to help together. We are blessed because you and your fellow team mates and others were willing to be a blessing to us in our moment of need. We are renewed in our faith in God in utilizing the resources of others and you all have exceeded our expectations of giving abundantly above all we could have hoped for. Our children were more amazed and astonished from the visit with Santa. They couldn’t stop talking about how Santa and his friends visited them first and of course our four year old son was the most surprised. In all, we were and are blessed with the amount that was given and the usefulness of all that was given, it was just amazing, and we can’t stop thinking about how amazing this effort was!

Thank you and to your company Turnkey and all others we gathered and gave freely! We are so humbled and blessed by all that you have done for our family. May you, Turnkey, and friends continue to prosper so that you all can continue to bless others out of the kindness of your hearts. Thank so much and continue to enjoy this New Year!”
