Local Roofing Company Reaches Milestone
Turnkey Engineering, Roofing and Construction completes 200 residential roofing repair projects, completing more than $20 million in roofing components and more than $500,000 in successful insurance claims.
It’s an all too familiar story in the Atlanta area recently. Major hail and wind storms sweep through the area creating massive damage to residential and commercial properties, including roof damage. Home and business owners call their insurance companies to make claims in order to repair the damage. Insurance adjustors come out and evaluate. Insurance companies deny the claims.

“After 39 years with our insurance company, we were turned down for a claim we made after recent hail storms caused major damage to our roof,” said Hugh Lanier, a long-time Marietta resident. “We had three adjustors from our carrier come out and turn us down before Turnkey came to our rescue,” he added. “We even had two different construction companies come out to assist with no luck. This was only our fourth claim in nearly four decades with the same insurance provider and we were successful on the fourth try. I would say that the fourth time must be a charm but it was Turnkey that made the difference.”

I’m not known to hug men, but in this case I think I would probably make an exception for David and his team,” he added.
“Our team was able to take Mr. Lanier from zero to a full roof replacement, gutter repairs, interior painting and the painting of his gazebo,” David added. “I am proud to say that this was one of many successful cases for us and is a perfect example of a Turnkey solution in action.”
