We will walk the property with you, take photos of the areas that we believe need service and provide a brief, thorough explanation as to what needs to be done. For multi-family properties, we will contact the homeowners on your behalf and work with them on implementing the approved service request list, submitting an invoice to the appropriate party upon completion.
